The wine is made from premium free-run juice of grapes grown near Tunney, about 40 km north-east of Frankland River. Climate Warmest days and coolest nights in the estate, ideal for thicker-skinned, structured Riesling grapes. These conditions produce introspective fruit with textural weight and varietal purity. Winemaking Only the finest free-run juice was used. Long, cool fermentation took place in stainless steel, designed to preserve delicacy. After fermentation, the wine spent time on lees to enhance texture. Minimal fining and screwcap closure further ensure purity and freshness.
